The Challenge

Chartis, the nation's largest independent healthcare consulting firm, was integrating HealthScape Advisors during a company-wide rebrand. With over 1,000 professionals serving 900+ clients annually, the #1-ranked healthcare consultancy needed to bring their entire organization along for a major transformation.

The goal: reconnect around the company’s mission in a way that felt real, not rehearsed. The message had to reach everyone—from senior leadership to new hires—and actually stick.

The Solution

As part of the broader Believe in Better rebrand led by BrandPie, we set out to make a series of internal films that gave the new message a human voice. I worked closely with the BrandPie team for months to make sure the storytelling landed.

We kept the approach simple: ask team members, on camera, what Believe in Better meant to them. No scripts, no teleprompters—just honest, unscripted answers that cut through the usual corporate tone.

The end result was a set of polished, on-brand videos that still felt off-the-cuff and personal. A reminder, from within, of what Chartis is really about.
