P&G Signal Conference: The Future of Commerce

The Challenge

Procter & Gamble’s Signal Conference brings together some of the most influential names in global business, media, and tech. The bar is high, and so is the scrutiny. P&G needed a suite of editorial films—smart, fast, and built to make sense of a rapidly shifting world—all delivered to Fortune 50 standards.

The Solution

In collaboration with The Recount and under the editorial direction of John Battelle and P&G’s Stan Joosten, we created ten high-impact films across two years of the conference. Each one anchored a different theme—like “Commerce Transformed,” “State of the Workplace,” and “State of Digital”—and drew from live news, cultural shifts, and trendlines that mattered to the C-suite.

For “Commerce Transformed,” we showed how 2020 fast-tracked a decade of change in consumer behavior: TikTok-fueled buying, Balenciaga’s game-world storefront, livestream rocket launches in China, and the rise of embedded shopping across Roblox, Facebook, and Clubhouse. Everything was built from scratch—visual identity, scripts, motion systems, editorial language—on a tight timeline and with zero margin for error.

Skills & Execution:

  • Story research and editorial framing

  • Original scripting and voiceover direction

  • Visual concept development and design

  • Motion graphics and animated explainer design

  • Editorial, color, sound mix, and finishing

  • Creative and production oversight across all ten films

  • Collaboration with executive stakeholders and external partners
